Romi T 20 Engine & Toolroom Lathes

The Romi T-Series incorporates the latest innovations available in Manual Lathes. Many new features have been added to bring the Romi Manual Lathes that you have used for so many years into the 21st century.

Features include:

One-piece cast, full length, well ribbed bed with extra depth
Automatic longitudinal disengagement.
Lead screw with backlash elimination
Induction hardened and ground bed guideways Rockwell 45c.
Hardened, ground gears.
Compound rest with T-slots.
Set of change gears for inch, Metric, Module, and Diametral Pitch threads.
Quick response, polar electromagnetic brake
Full length rear splash guard.
Front pull-out drawer-type chip pan.
End gearing door with locking knob and safety device to disconnect current when door is opened.
Apron incorporating one-shot manual operation pump for lubrication of bed and cross slide guide ways.
Graduated handwheel for longitudinal travel.
Tailstock quill with cast-in tang slot, graduated inches.
Duplicate emergency stop button on apron
