SALES ENGINEER

ACTIVITIES:

  • Promote and carry out the sales of the company’s products, aligned with set goals and objectives.
  • Continuously research the market to assess the purchasing potential of companies in the assigned region.
  • Maintain regular visits to clients while expanding the customer base with new prospects.
  • Oversee the internal order fulfillment process to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with Romi’s products by managing delivery, installation, and training processes.
  • Keep the CRM updated with all customer interactions, including registrations, visits, and opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on achieved results and lost opportunities, and suggest measures to improve overall outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to relocate to Kentucky.
  • Experience in direct sales.
  • Completed technical education in Mechanics/Electronics/Electrotechnics.
  • Knowledge of machine tools, machining methods, and general manufacturing processes, cutting tools.
  • Basic understanding of CNC machine operation and programming.
  • Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings.
